The Segway Navimow uses EFLS (Exact Fusion Locating System), combining GNSS satellite data with internal sensors to achieve centimeter-level positioning accuracy without the need for physical underground wiring.
What happens if the mower encounters an obstacle or a pet?
Safety is our priority. Every Navimow is equipped with ultrasonic sensors and BladeHalt technology, allowing it to detect obstacles in real-time and stop the blades immediately or navigate around the object.
How long does shipping take and is it insured?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. All robotic mower shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery to ensure your high-value investment arrives safely.
What is your return policy for robotic mowers?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the mower is in its original condition and packaging, you can return it for a full refund. Please note that installed units may be subject to a restocking fee.
Does the Navimow work in the rain?
While the Navimow is IPX6 waterproof rated, it features a built-in rain sensor. When rain is detected, the mower will automatically return to its charging station to protect your lawn from damage and resume once it is dry.
