At Segway Navimow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your robotic mowing experience. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a comprehensive refund.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Mower

    Ensure the Navimow unit, charging station, and all accessories are cleaned and securely packed in the original factory packaging to prevent transit damage.

  • 3.
    Ship the Product

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our facility.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
